Fails to recognize my Redline – Escort Live Radar Review

What good is this if it never recognizes my Redline? I’m not a subscriber because it’s basically useless. The detector tells me if there is radar ahead, who cares what someone else experienced. The CHP are in cars that move, so because they were there does not mean that they are still there. The reason I downloaded it was to take advantage of the connection to the detector, which apparently would enable me to make sure the detector firmware remains up to date. I have Redlines in all three of my cars and it would be nice if the app recognized even one of them. The lack of a help/troubleshooting menu means I’m lost. Help resolving this problem between my Redline and my iPhone 7 Plus running IOS 13.2 would be appreciated.
