Love it! – EGLM1 - Drum Machine Review

Updating my review to reiterate how much I love this app. I gave it 5 stars before, and I’ll give it 5 stars again. It’s honestly my favorite drum machine app, and the one I go to more often than not. I think it does an excellent job capturing the Linn vibe. The mix control for each part alters the characteristic of the sound, and gives you a large palette of sounds to work with. My only real complaint is that I wish the Congas and Toms had separate pan controls for the high and low pads, so that you are able to pan the high and low Congas/Toms independently. Other than that, I couldn’t be happier with this app. It’s nice to have a dedicated Linn app, versus messing with samples. I have the Classic Machines pack for Cubasis, and I think this app does a better job emulating the Linn Drum. If you’re a fan of the Linn Drum, this is definitely a must-have, especially if you want to be able to fine tune each of the sounds to your liking.
