I just got the App, how do I use it? – Funny Face - Photo Editor Review

I gave it 3 stars because I just got it and is giving me a hard time figuring out without to use it without instructions or any direction -I am guessing? -I took a picture then there were nose ? ears etc. to choose from then I pressed on one of those items and what I got is a commercial AND if I reset it for figure it out more stuff it will give me MORE commercials.? How does the App work? No settings? I Am working in a funny project. How can I use it? ?
