Lack of Font Support - Horrible Customer Service – Mojo: Reels & Video Editor Review

I downloaded this app two months ago, and decided to upgrade to the Pro tier. It promised the ability to upload your own fonts. After multiple attempts, I reached out to their support staff. Three weeks and 8 emails (2 of which they responded to, after days/weeks of silence), they have still failed to provide a resolution. Don’t waste your time with this application and DONT UPGRADE TO PRO - they don’t care about helping their paying customers. I requested a refund from Apple. This app had a lot of promise but fails to deliver.
