Impossible to cancel app – Geocaching® Review

I used this app in 2016 and haven’t paid much attention to it since then. Today I realized that I was paying a yearly fee(yes, my bad) and spent the day trying to cancel the app. It’s an automatic renewal that gets by the “apple subscription “ site. The site shows I have no “subscriptions”, yet every year geocaching.com gets my money. This is a greedy site that counts on people to “give up” or forget that it keeps renewing. Two days later… I think I finally got rid of “yearly subscription “ through iTunes. I called 1-800-MyApple and talked to a human. You have to say “talk to a person” but after a short wait, got a person and explained my problem. Five minutes later, geocache.com can’t access my credit card. Thanks Apple!!!!!! Also “somebody changed my “star rating “ from one star to three after I sent this in. I just changed it back to one star, see what happens.
