Worst company ability to follow orders – Cousins Subs Review

I used to LOVE Cousins but in past years since I’ve used their app I’d expect them to follow customizations but I’d rate them 25% success rate. yet I keep hoping it was accident. After 20+ times where they missed all or most of my customization or comments I am finally providing the feedback I should have provided more than a year ago. It’s not just one location. I use 3 locations typically and would give same rating to all. Company has issues they HAVE to fix to keep me as a customer at this point. Too many other options to keep providing them ANOTHER chance. You need to hold your stores accountable to their customers requests. Sorry I didn’t provide this feedback earlier but truly hoped they’d succeed. I have pics of the misses.
