I'm a fan of Montessori, but... – United States of America - Montessori Geography Review

Having taught in a Montessori school, I love the approach. I'd like to see more interactivity in these apps though. I think it would be more meaningful if the states had to be dragged to their proper location, rather than having them move automatically. This would also improve fine motor, and eye-hand coordination.
