Unable to login and poor customer support – OVERHIT Review

Account code: 151436236 The latest patch installation forced me to the login page. It seems the cached login token has been removed from my device during installation process. Re-login results in a brand new account. Asking OVERHIT GB Support but keep getting auto reply “Try login using different account”. When I asking for account retrieving, the answer is no way and “Try login using different account”. I spent hours trying to get my issue resolved and helping investigating the potential critical login bug. But support team is literately asking for stop playing. This is my first negative app review through my life so far. As a mobile developer myself I understand how many effort you guys put to have such a great game. But this login issue is really disappointing me.
