Fun game, terrible customer support – Rise of the Kings Review

If you’re thinking of downloading this game, don’t do it. I’ve been playing this game almost a year now and really enjoying it; however, I’ve been having problems with one of the GMs. I’ve repeatedly asked for his supervisor’s direct contact info, but they refuse to give me that info. Evan is incredibly rude and ineffective as a GM, as he doesn’t read your questions before sending a response. This is a waste of time for GMs and players alike. Evan’s most recent response to me was, “Obviously, you're a super genius that can figure things out with clear logic. With that skill,you will definitely win this week Kvk. Wish you good luck.” Trust me when I tell you this was biting sarcasm, not a compliment. Who do we complain to when customer support refuses to escalate our issues? They must have supervisors, but they won’t let you speak to them. Every time I have a problem, Evan is the one who responds. It seems purposeful. He refuses to allow me to speak to any other GM even after repeated requests. Don’t get sucked into this game. You might get stuck with Evan the inept.
