Ads with sound even when you have sound off – Genius Puzzles Review

I love this app for all the games it offers. However, when ads come up, they often are loud with sound, even when I have the sound off on my phone and do not disturb turned on. This should not be happening with the sound turned off. Is there a way to fix it?
