Totally NOT what I expected.. – Picture Collage HD "Lite Edition" Review

Even though this app is free I totally wish I never got it. It's totally what I did not expect. It takes pictures and makes them wicked small and doesn't have a choice of backgrounds and what really upsets me is that it doesn't do anything fun with ur pictures....:(
