spectacular. – PhotoToaster - Photo Editor, Filters, Effects and Borders Review

I’ve been using this editor for over 5 years. It’s pleasantly simple with an easy to use interface and it’s good for refinements after editing a picture with another app. I also use it for a simple mirror flip because Apple, for some reason, still hasn’t made that an option.
