Lost progress on reinstall – Diamond Digger Saga Review

Just had to delete and reinstall the app because I was having some issues with it. Ended up back at level 1. Been playing forever and had caught up to most recent level. I have never had this happen with any other game. Ridiculous. Will be deleting permanently ??‍♀️
