Doesn’t work – SMS Export Review

I bought this app and installed the software on my computer. I had to email the app developer to figure out what the secret word was. I tried it with the secret word and the program on my laptop keeps telling me that I need to sync the phone to iTunes as there’s no information in the database; this kept happening even after I synced the phone several times. This is just another low quality app that doesn’t work, and it should be removed from the App Store.
