Responsive customer service – Zoho Mail - Email and Calendar Review

I have to say my experience with customer service has been phenomenal and refreshing. I had an issue with the app restarting when I was working on drafts and when I tried to reply to emails. When I notified customer service I expected an auto generated response. Instead, I received an acknowledgement of the issues, updates that it was being worked on, and a final email advising that the issue had been identified and the app had been updated. I was utterly shocked! I had no idea that this level of customer service still existed. I can honestly say I’ll be a lifetime customer.
