Horrible Customer Service – Calendagram - A beautiful calendars from your photos. Review

So I was really excited about this app but had a horrible experience. First, I couldn't get the order to process from my iPhone 4. Then, once I emailed my order I got a shipping confirmation but my order never arrived. I contacted customer service and they took days to write me back. The package had no tracking info and all they said was "you should have it by now." Well, obviously I didn't. After threatening to inform my IG followers about how horrible their customer service was they simply wrote back "we will refund your order." So I guess they didn't want to actually ship my calendar after all. This was supposed to be a Xmas present for my husband but now I'm just left disappointed and angry.
