banned account – Clash of Kings - CoK Review

my 200 million power castle is banned for permanent and i have no idea why. i am sending mails to u for a long time but u never answered. this is totally unfair. i loved this game but i see its not safe. i can write here my coords if it helps, but i dont have hope. i dont have idea if spending money in this game has any sense
