App not working – Sesame Street Review

Hi, my toddler loves this app. It has everything my baby wanted to do. It has all the songs she loves, and the games she wants to play. But recently we can’t connect. The screen stays frozen. When we try to play a game, the error message pops up - the server refused the connection. Can you help advise how to solve the problem?
