No longer a customer , trust at your own risk – YOOX Review

I’ve purchased something from Yoox every month since 2012. I am no longer a customer because the quality of the clothes they sell has taken a dive. I ordered a pair of Alexander Wang shoes and when I received them, they had “Vibram” written on the soles. It was a collab with those hideous barefoot running shoes but they were selling them like regular Alexander Wang shoes. They wouldn’t let me return the shoes. I have lost faith in YOOX. They are not a reputable retailer.
