Help!!! Locked in loading screen and can’t actually use app – Intelligent Hub Review
I am trying to reach the developer before I review this product. My company uses it however as I tried to download the app and get started - it is in lock down about 60% of the way through inside the app to get started for profile and then I get an error sign eventually to log back in. And the same thing happens again. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 4 times hoping to clear out progress to start fresh but it keeps starting there. I have shut down phone (iPhone 10xr) and still no luck.
How can we fix this so I can get access to the app to do my job. Thanks
