My app is not working!! – Knowji Vocab 7-10, SAT, GRE, ASVAB Audio Visual Vocabulary Flashcards with Spaced Repetition Review

I like the principle. I purchased the app and had all my students purchase the app, BUT the app began to glitch and it’s really frustrating! After months of work and utilizing the spacing technique prescribed by KNOWJI, the app would NOT open and the students lost ALL of their progress. VERY FRUSTRATING for willing learners and completely counterproductive to the idea of app-based self learning. I emailed Knowji, yet received no help or insight on the issue. Please, help me assist my students.
