Too pushy – Chappy - Gay Dating & Friends Review

The app seems decent, aiming for a more mature interaction between people than Grindr or even Scruff offers. I’m giving it one star because the app is constantly sending me notifications to check out guys or to swipe to see who likes me. I get it - you need users to actively use the app for it to be worthwhile. Network effects are real. But when I’m getting five of these “reminders” a day, it makes me hate the app. I’m close to deleting it altogether. I don’t see an option to turn off these notifications, unless I turn off all notifications, which seems to defeat the point.
