Would be great if I could use the stuff I purchased – Glitch Art - Aesthetic Video Review

I just recently downloaded this app and I really liked it. But most of the features I want to use I needed to buy which I did purchase them, however it did not unlock them. And hitting restore purchases is not working either, and I can not really find a way to contact the developer to see how to fix this.
