Watch App Not Updating – Forecast Bar - Weather + Radar Review

Like others have reported, with the latest Forecast Bar app, watch OS, and iOS, the watch complication is not updating. Many times, I need to force it to update and at times, it still will not update. I have uninstalled the app from the watch and reinstalled it and still no luck. All of my other watch apps that rely on location are working properly.
