Game was fun UNTIL../ – Quizzitive – A Merriam-Webster Word Game Review

I paid 1.99$ and got to level six, hidden letters, on the word effusive and game will not get past this word. I guess it correctly, it does not move forward, Countdown keeps clicking down, at zero it just sits on that page doing nothing. I have closed app several times and started over with same exact result with the same word. I cannot move forward with the game therefore I would like my $1.99 back.
