A-ok – Metron (Pro Metronome) Review

I bought this for accelerando capabilities and it's more than delivered. Also the mixed meter stuff is EASY to figure out (not sure what everyone else's deal is). My only problem is that this is ergonomically tricky to use on the fly- the controls are so small that if you want to flip back to a slow tempo (if you want to repeatedly practice an accelerando for example) it takes several seconds to find an exact tempo that's more than 4 bpm away. If you attempt to slide the control with your finger instead of using the +1 or -1 buttons you'll overshoot by 20 clicks, almost always. Even expanded on the iPad it's not much better. I'd still buy this app for accel. and multi meter but I hope the interface gets updated to be more ergonomic. Thanks!
