Unable to cancel Pro Membership – Heria Pro Review

There’s no option in the app or website to cancel a membership once subscribed to it. I’ve contacted support and hope to get a response but based on other reviews that may not happen. Having to cancel a bank card in order to get rid of a subscription is extremely annoying and I really hope it doesn’t come to that.
