HELP! – Photo Vault : Safe Box Review

No support. Did not purchase premium yet it is telling me I am a premium user but not what the subscription I am supposedly on is.... AND there is no support info. Can’t call, chat, can’t even email them!!!!! And can’t cancel!!!! No link in account anywhere!!!
