Incorrect screen code – Mersive Solstice App Review

“Incorrect screen code” error is showing up as of today (October 8, 2019), when the screen code is obviously correct. Tried half a dozen times on Mac and iPhone with latest Mac OS and iOS and latest Mersive Solstice software. This company has built a Porsche with doors that the owner’s key can’t unlock. How can I trust this software to be reliable for myself or for my students if what should be a simple, effortless, 4-digit passcode lock is totally broken? Unacceptable, especially because the release notes of a past version from 2017 say that the issue had been addressed. Please fix this bug before doing anything else to the software.
