Canceled my service, they’re still charging me. – Switcherry VPN & WiFi Proxy Review

I bought this and then decided I didn’t want it—huge mistake. Even though I told it to delete my account it’s been billing my Apple Store account $10 every single week. I’ve emailed them multiple times but this shady operation doesn’t list any addresses or phone numbers where they can be reached at—just a support email where you’re at their mercy to respond to you or not. In my case, even though I’ve emailed them multiple times saying that I discontinued the service and deleted my account, they refuse to respond and simply keep taking my money. It’s basically theft at this point. If you sign up with them once be warned—they will have all the power even in getting in touch with you if you want them to stop charging for the service.
