Need help – dragy Connect Review

This app worked fine until the iOS 13 updates. Now it only shows the advertisement screen and counts. Can’t get past the screen to connect to the dragy. Was able to connect on android so problem is with the app not my dragy. I need to record on my iPad pro for my channel so this is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
