No secret costs! – PhotoToaster - Photo Editor, Filters, Effects and Borders Review

I’ve been using PhotoToaster for the past 7 years and it is a handy tool for quickly adding and editing photos. It enables you to add borders and special effects and do basic photoshopping quickly. The only thing I would add to the program is more fonts.
