Too many errors – Anatomy & Physiology Quiz Review

Anyone studying anatomy and physiology knows that spelling errors are not acceptable in practice. There are far too many spelling and grammatical errors. I quit the game when I got to round 4 and the question was “Which of these is a real bone in the human leg?” The first two options were Patella, but apparently the Patella option on the right is more correct than the Patella option on the left.
