Excellent app – Six Pack in 30 Days - 6 Pack Review

Almost every other app I have looked at costs money to use, but this one doesn’t. You can chose your level and what your goal is, and the voice prompt will walk you though each exercise. There is a built in rest period that you can extend or shorten as needed during the workout, and it is all incredibly user friendly. I am very pleased with this app :)
