Bakery Story – Restaurant Story 2 Review

WARNING: This game is not for people who want a great game with great Customer Service. Ladies & Gentlemen, Storm ONLY wants your money and nothing more! Recently, a bunch of players bought what is called a Gem Dispenser. Some people spent quite a pretty penny to buy this particular item. Within a few hours, it was no longer offered and no notice was given that apparently, it was a mistake. They hadn’t meant to make it available and they promptly removed them from the Bakeries if anyone who bought them. Within a few days, they returned the Gems that people had PAID for, and used. You might think, well at least they reimbursed the Gems… Folks, that is plain robbery! Theft of the highest order!! It was a ploy, a trick, and a MONEY GRAB! We spent money but didn’t receive the item we purchased! It was said by many who had them that, none of the people who spent money on Gems to buy the item would have done so if they had not been offered the Gem dispenser. Bait and Switch is ILLEGAL no matter what their Terms & Conditions are. I suggest you move on from this game and try Restaurant & Bakery Town. They are a company out of Croatia but they speak perfect English and are willing to take ANY suggestions. The game has been around for 2-3 years and is a bit clunky, but I suspect it’s because they don’t have the numbers that the Story’s have. They would be able to make improvements with more players and revenue. They have a forum, awesome customer service and BTW, if your looking for a job, they will hire you and pay to move you. (if you live elsewhere) lol! Just sayin...if your looking for a job. But I’m also betting that as a mediator on the forum, they may let you work from where you are? But I digress... Any how, If you still want to play the game, just know, there is NO support should you need them, so you’ll need to rely on more experienced players in the game. Good Luck! You’ll need it!
