I can’t open the app – Urban Dictionary Review

I used to use it a lot when i used an iphone 6s, and i loved this app. I changed my phone to an 11 pro and tried to use this app and i can’t open the app. Every time I click on this app to use, it just automatically blacks out and turns off. Please fix this so that i can use it again.
