Seems ok but can’t hear anything – Phonics Genius Review

I don’t know if it’s just my phone or what but I can hear any of the word played back. I can hear them faintly but that’s it. When I exit the app other apps are super loud and clear. I tried killing and re-launching the app. Even deleted and re-installed it. Shame because looks like it would’ve been real helpful for my son.
