I CANNOT DELETE THIS APP!!!! – Contacts for iMessage Review

It’s stayed on my phone through updates and everything! It’s somehow hidden as far as the actual icon, but has NEVER ALLOWED ME TO DELETE IT!!!! I feel violated and I hate it!!!!
