I love the game❤️but its not loading ? – Stardom: Hollywood Review

I just got a new iPad so I had downloaded the game again but once I downloaded the game its stuck on the star awards page and won’t move so I can start my game I don’t understand what the problem is on my other iPad it worked fine till moved to another device to downy the game to the new one can this be fixed because I love this game I miss playing it
