Great Tool - Problems & NO RESPONSE FOR SUPPORT – RoomScan Classic Review

This is a fantastic tool but hasrecently been giving me real problems. I have paid for the pro version but the app does not recognize this and will allow me to use the pro features. THE APP SUPPORT TEAM HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY INQUIRY ABOUT THIS. VERY FRUSTRATING.
