Doesn’t transfer to a new phone – Progress Body Tracker & Health Review

A years worth of tracking wasted as the only way to get your data transferred is to back up to a cloud, then import the data. The import function doesn’t work. Updated- I did ‘reach out to you’ with 3 emails and you didn’t reach back I did recommend this to others, however I made a mistake. No support as well. I know $6 isn’t much, but for an app I would expect to use it on another device without paying again. I would also expect help when I had issues. There are better less expensive apps.
