No Communication with Optimum – Optimum WiFi Hotspot Finder Review

Optimum is the worst company to deal with. We have lost cable TV tonight from Around 5 and it is now 9;30. Pm. They will not answer their phones, allow you to email them or have ANY communication with their customers especially when there is a problem. At least let us know what is going on and give us updates as to when we will get service back. They need to change how they are running their company. VERIZON has a lot more to offfer now that they also have channel 12.
