Good app but it freezes, updated – Fitness Preparation Review

I’m changing my review to 5 stars because they fixed the freezing Problem. Love the app and the workouts but it keeps freezing since I got the iPhone Xs, not sure if that’s related. I have to quit out of the app and restart it every few seconds.
