Not accurate and can’t download! – Ruler - tape measure length 17ft Review

Unable to download v2.0 (never finish even after shutting down and powering on my iPhone) after upgrading my iPhone 4S to a 6+. Old version app had inaccurate measurements with its inches when I compared with a real ruler. ?
