Argh - look elsewhere! – Rev: Record & Transcribe Review

I have used REV religiously for two years to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars in fees. While the app has worked well most of the time they have completely fallen apart this week. 48 hours after submission and no transcriptions and no visibility into when they will be done. These are highly sensitive and time urgent materials. Would suggest using another service until they figure out how to handle their current volume of work.
