This app will not run on my iPhone XS Max – QS Access Review

When I launch the app and select columns to create a table, the app crashes. It simply does not work. And the support link goes to a dead web page. I started removing columns and found that the column “heart rate” is crashing the app when creating a table. Can’t file a bug report because of the dead link to the support page. Still doesn’t work in iOS 13.1
