Watermark is still on after paying 3.99$ + 1.99$!! – GifShare: Post GIFs for Instagram as Videos Review

I wanted to upgrade for 3.99$ in order to take off the water mark (credit logo). After I paid, it asked me fir more 1.99$ in order to take the the watermark off. I paid again! Now, when I upload my own gif converted to video - the watermark is still on while trying to post on instagram.
