App problem! – Angel Tarot Cards Review

I was having a problem with getting the cards to turn around; so I deleted the app and when I went back to the App Store I downloaded and then it said I’d have to purchase it for $9.99. I bought the Angels Tarot app back on August 26, 2012, so why do I have to repurchase it?
