Paid for gold and never received! – Juice Cubes match 3 game Review

I purchased $110 worth of gold bars which was never credited to my game. Apple said I needed to contact the developer. I emailed PlayLab FOUR TIMES and never received a response. What good is an option to “contact us” if they never respond???
