Doesn’t work and hard to cancel – Curious World: Games for Kids Review

I tried to sign up for the free trial but received an error that I was unable to do so. Today, I was charged the monthly subscription rate even though I don’t have access to the content. I am also unable to cancel because my account says I don’t have a subscription!
